John Doss’ first service as pastor of FBC was August 10, 2014.  He was saved at the age of 13 at a youth rally in Topeka, Kansas.  His call to preach came two years later at a Pastor’s conference in Hammond, Indiana after hearing Dr. Jack Hyles preach a message entitled “God’s Game Plan”.  After graduating from a Christian high school, he went on to earn a Pastoral of Theology degree at Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana. and there met Laura Tottleben.  They married on August 7, 1993 in Jerseyville, Illinois.  Over the past 30 years John has served in ministries in Illinois, Ohio and West Virginia. John enjoys working in the ministry of Faith Baptist Church and is thankful for the privilege God has given him to be a co-laborer with the great people of this ministry and community of Richmond, Kentucky.

DUSTIN MCARTHUR

Dustin McArthur joined our staff in the summer of 2021.  Bro. McArthur was born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia, and was saved as a third grader due to the Holy Spirit conviction and the instruction of his childhood pastor.  Dustin graduated from Martinsburg Christian Academy in 2014 then moved to Wall, Mississippi where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Education from Tri-State Baptist College where he met and married his dear wife Ally. God has blessed them with two sons, Daniel, Seth, and one daughter, Jeanna.  Bro. McArthur is our School Principal as well as our Youth Pastor. He helps with our media and maintenance. He started and teaches the Visionary Young Adults Sunday school class. He is a great addition to Faith Baptist Church staff. We thank God for bringing his family our way. We are excited about all the Lord is doing through him.
